I have been selling real estate since 1996, starting in the CB office in Redwood City before moving to San Carlos.  In 2003, I moved to the Lombard office in San Francisco.  My partner David Cattich (to the right in photo) was licensed in 1998, working two years in the Sausalito office, and then the Lombard office in 2000.  Combined, we have 42 years of licensed experience listing and selling homes from San Jose to the south and to the vineyards of Napa and Sonoma Valleys in the north and Oakland/Berkeley in the east bay.  We also bring 15 professional years of advertising-graphic design and 20 years of interior design into our strengths, beneficial to both buyers and sellers, in helping you to purchase or to sell your home.  Prior to, but adding to our licensed years in real estate together, we bought, renovated and flipped homes for 10+ years.  We learned the process intimately as buyers, sellers and investors…and have experienced having the questions, the fears and the expectations that our clients have in a transaction.  We’ve also made connections over the years with many tradesmen and professionals in all aspects of real estate.
