This letter will serve as my very highest recommendation for Real Estate Agent David McCullough. My husband and I have known David since 1995 when he assisted us with the purchase of our very first home. As new and inexperienced home buyers, David instinctively knew just how to guide us through the process with ease. This was the first of many purchases and sales over the last 26 years. David has set the bar so high we will not work with anyone else period.
David has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective agent. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping his clients' best interests in mind.
Not only has David assisted us with our real estate needs, but he has also been a comfort and shoulder to cry on during very difficult times. After my elderly Aunt passed away, it was time to sell her home and of course, we called David. This was not your typical sale, as sadly, we discovered a 60-year horde in her home. From the beginning, David reassured me he would take care of everything, and he did. He spent weeks on his hands and knees cleaning, painting, removing load after load of mice infested garbage, landscaping, coordinating donations, meeting contractors, organizing estate sales, and even found a beekeeper to safely relocate a hive of honey bees! David even staged her home personally with some of his own treasured pieces, it looked incredible. I remember vividly sitting with him in her front room just taking it all in. My Aunt would have been so pleased. David literally handled it all without hesitation and always with a smile, his laughter is quite contagious.
Our most recent sale was at the beginning of the pandemic, not the ideal time to be on the market with so much uncertainty in the world. David took it all in stride working tirelessly to get our home ready. He frequently drove for over an hour to do whatever was needed, meeting contractors, planting flowers, cleaning every inch and he even watered our new lawn by hand every day!
David did thorough research to assist with assessing a fair market value of our property and ensured we were positioned perfectly for the market. David is always extremely responsive to our questions, often responding immediately to our late-night texts. He fielded endless calls from prospective buyers and agents and would drop everything to get to the house to cool it down before a showing. Over the years we have definitely not been the easiest clients to deal with, but David always demonstrated the utmost patience with us. His attention to the fine details enabled a smooth and effortless transaction for us and we could not be happier.
